If I could give a zero I would. I didn't get the lashes done for a few reasons. 1) This was my first time and she should of told me that I needed to take out contacts when I made the appointment. I traveled 30 minutes to see her due to her reviews. She had nothing for me to place contacts in either. She should have told me of this requirement or had a contact case and solution as an option. 2) the sanitation of the place was sub par. She had a client in while I waited who was coughing up a storm. She did not offer me a sanitized blanket. Just the same that the coughing client used. I assume her tools were sanitized as I heard her spraying things though did not observe that. 3) She was late to start my appointment by 30 minutes. The client was still in the room when she asked me to come in and start. 4) After my review, Nelly called me 4 times repeatedly asking me to delete my honest review. Even after I asked her to cease and desist calling me, she kept calling. I had to block her. This behavior by Nelly is at best unprofessional and at worst harrasment. I am sure others have had good appointments, I just didn't have a good experience. These are things that Nelly can improve on.
